You love paintings, you would love to paint but you have trained yourself as a photographer. Can you merge your two artistic passions? I did�. I grew up admiring classic paintings, specially the Renaissance and the Dutch Golden Age periods.There is one particular feature of Dutch Golden Age paintings that led me to believe that I could try to reproduce them. Their level of detail is unparalleled in painting history, they look like photographs. Some are so detailed, that they can trick you into the removal of an ant or to scare away a fly.
