This is another image inspired in the works of Ambrosius Bosschaert the Elder (1573-1621). Bosschaert paintings of beautiful and intricate flower bouquets were highly after sought in XVII Century Netherlands and obviously today. As customary in this type of classic painting, there are always some allegoric symbols, in this case the fallen tulips petals represent the temporary nature of beauty, hence the name of this piece.
